Objectives

The molecular biology and bioinformatics technical platform aims to provide technical support and support for the institute’s research projects relating to these different aspects.

Activities
  • Extraction, purification of nucleic acids
  • PCR amplification
  • Cloning of classical plasmids and for virus production
  • Quantification and quality control of nucleic acids and PCR products
  • QIAgility pipetting robot
  • 384-well quantitative PCR
  • Training and advice in molecular biology (use of the robot, cloning)
  • Data analyses: sequencing (RNAseq, WGBS, EMseq, etc.), microarrays (Infinium MethylationEPIC)
  • Training and consulting in data analysis (R, Linux)
