c\u0153ur de la physiologie r\u00e9tinienne et permet d\u2019adapter la fonction visuelle aux changements d\u2019intensit\u00e9 lumineuse caract\u00e9ristiques du cycle jour\/nuit de 24h.<\/p><p>Ces rythmes sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par une horloge circadienne endog\u00e8ne \u00e0 la r\u00e9tine. Nos travaux ont pour objectif de comprendre les m\u00e9canismes mol\u00e9culaires et cellulaires de cette horloge.<\/p><p>Nous cherchons \u00e9galement \u00e0 comprendre comment, en aval de l\u2019horloge, est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e la physiologie r\u00e9tinienne et comment une horloge dysfonctionnelle peut favoriser les pathologies
