data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les troubles psychiatriques r\u00e9sultent d\u2019interactions complexes entre des facteurs socio-\u00e9conomiques, culturels, et biologiques. Sur le plan biologique, ils mettent en jeu des facteurs de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 individuelle, notamment g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, qui interagissent \u00e9troitement avec les exp\u00e9riences de vie, en particulier au cours de la petite enfance. Ces interactions se produisent dans le cerveau, o\u00f9 les modifications mol\u00e9culaires qui en r\u00e9sultent induisent des modifications du fonctionnement c\u00e9r\u00e9bral qui contribuent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence de troubles comportementaux, \u00e9motionnels et cognitifs.<\/p><p>Alors que l\u2019\u00e9tude de cette physiopathologie s\u2019est longtemps focalis\u00e9e sur le cerveau, les travaux r\u00e9cents sugg\u00e8rent que ces maladies pourraient affecter d\u2019autres organes et syst\u00e8mes <em>(sang, microbiote, syst\u00e8me immunitaire)<\/em>, et mettre en jeu des formes de communications inter-tissulaires largement m\u00e9connues. Ces tissus p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques, parce qu\u2019ils sont facilement accessibles, pourraient permettre de caract\u00e9riser des biomarqueurs mol\u00e9culaires pour am\u00e9liorer le diagnostic et l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 de ces troubles, et mesurer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des traitements utilis\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Nous nous focalisons en particulier sur les m\u00e9canismes \u00e9pig\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, notamment la m\u00e9thylation de l\u2019ADN. Les m\u00e9canismes \u00e9pig\u00e9n\u00e9tiques sont des processus qui modulent l\u2019expression des g\u00e8nes de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9versible. Ils permettent de mieux comprendre comment les exp\u00e9riences de vie, comme une exp\u00e9rience traumatique ou la consommation de m\u00e9dicaments tels que les opiac\u00e9s, peuvent avoir un impact sur l\u2019expression des g\u00e8nes, le fonctionnement des cellules et du cerveau.<\/p><p>En collaboration avec des \u00e9quipes de psychiatres, addictologues et sociologues, notre \u00e9quipe explore ce paradigme selon 2 axes majeurs:<\/p><h3><a href=\"https:\/\/inci.neuro.unistra.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/equipe5-mental-health-600x300-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13821 size-medium aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/inci.neuro.unistra.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/equipe5-mental-health-600x300-1-300x150.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/inci.neuro.unistra.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/equipe5-mental-health-600x300-1-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/inci.neuro.unistra.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/equipe5-mental-health-600x300-1.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Biomarqueurs des troubles de l\u2019humeur, des comportements suicidaires, et de la maltraitance infantile<\/h3><p>Les troubles de l\u2019humeur sont des pathologies chroniques, dont le retentissement sur la vie des individus et leurs familles sont consid\u00e9rables. Les \u00e9tudes \u00e9pid\u00e9miologiques montrent que les traumatismes et la maltraitance dans l\u2019enfance repr\u00e9sentent des facteurs de risque psychopathologique majeurs pour ces pathologies. Chez certains patients, l\u2019\u00e9volution de la maladie peut malheureusement aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019apparition d\u2019id\u00e9es ou de comportements suicidaires. Dans ce projet, nous caract\u00e9risons de larges banques d\u2019\u00e9chantillons sanguins issus de patients pr\u00e9sentant un trouble de l\u2019humeur<em> (trouble d\u00e9pressif caract\u00e9ris\u00e9, trouble bipolaire)<\/em>, dont les ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents dans l\u2019enfance et les comportements suicidaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bien caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s dans de nombreux centres hospitaliers. Ces structures ont pour objectif d\u2019accueillir les usagers, de leur procurer du mat\u00e9riel d\u2019injection st\u00e9rile et de faciliter leur prise en charge sociale, m\u00e9dicale et psychiatrique. En recrutant dans ces structures des sujets qui pr\u00e9sentent un trouble de l\u2019usage d\u2019opiac\u00e9s plus s\u00e9v\u00e8re que dans les centres sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s traditionnels <em>(CAARUD, CSAPA)<\/em>, dans une situation de forte pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 socio-\u00e9conomique, notre objectif est de caract\u00e9riser des biomarqueurs mol\u00e9culaires, notamment \u00e9pig\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, qui seraient d\u00e9tectables dans le sang et pourraient permettre de mieux caract\u00e9riser la s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 du trouble, ainsi que son \u00e9volution
