une organisation anatomique extr\u00eamement complexe dans laquelle une multitude de types neuronaux \u00e9tablit des connexions sp\u00e9cifiques au sein des diff\u00e9rentes structures. Des pathologies telles que les douleurs chroniques, les troubles de l\u2019humeur ou de l\u2019\u00e9motion, sont souvent plus associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des dysfonctionnements morphofonctionnels subtils de ces circuits c\u00e9r\u00e9braux, plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 des modifications drastiques dans une structure unique.<\/p><p>Au travers de multiples approches morphofonctionnelles chez le rongeur <em>(tra\u00e7age neuronal, histochimie, immunofluorescence\u2026)<\/em>, nous cherchons (1) \u00e0 d\u00e9finir les connectomes des structures d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les th\u00e8mes de l\u2019\u00e9quipe <em>(cortex cingulaire, amygdale, tVTA, hypothalamus\u2026)<\/em>, (2) \u00e0 identifier les connexions susceptibles de contribuer aux sympt\u00f4mes douloureux et affectifs et (3) \u00e0 caract\u00e9riser au niveau cellulaire les modifications morphologiques et neurochimiques survenant dans des mod\u00e8les de douleur chronique et de troubles de
