l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et la d\u00e9pression sont fr\u00e9quemment observ\u00e9s chez les patients souffrant de douleur chronique. Notre recherche vise \u00e0 comprendre les m\u00e9canismes qui sous-tendent cette relation entre douleur chronique et troubles de l\u2019humeur, en en cherchant les substrats neuroanatomiques, physiologiques et mol\u00e9culaires. Nous avons r\u00e9cemment mod\u00e9lis\u00e9 et caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 les cons\u00e9quences affectives de la douleur neuropathique dans un mod\u00e8le murin, et avons d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que ces cons\u00e9quences \u00e9voluent au cours de la pathologie douloureuse. Nous avons \u00e9galement identifi\u00e9 le cortex cingulaire ant\u00e9rieur\u00a0 comme une r\u00e9gion c\u00e9r\u00e9brale cl\u00e9 pour cette comorbidit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Nous \u00e9tudions actuellement :<\/p><ul><li>les modifications mol\u00e9culaires et \u00e9lectrophysiologiques au sein de diff\u00e9rents type neuronaux du CCA ;<\/li><li>les r\u00e9seaux c\u00e9r\u00e9braux impliqu\u00e9s dans la d\u00e9pression induite par la douleur, avec une attention sp\u00e9ciale apport\u00e9e aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels et fonctionnels du CCA et de ses circuits ;<\/li><li>les alt\u00e9rations g\u00e9nomiques au sein du CCA et de ses circuits dans la comorbidit\u00e9 entre douleur chronique et troubles de l\u2019humeur.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
