nombre de fonctions physiologiques. Il module la perception de la douleur, le comportement affectif et la r\u00e9compense aux stimuli naturels tels que la nourriture. Il est impliqu\u00e9 dans les processus d\u2019attention, d\u2019apprentissage et de m\u00e9moire, contr\u00f4le les fonctions autonomes et affecte la locomotion. Il joue aussi un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9ponse de l\u2019organisme au stress. De plus, ce syst\u00e8me neuromodulateur est la cible mol\u00e9culaire des opiac\u00e9s qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s depuis des si\u00e8cles pour leur puissantes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s analg\u00e9siques. Par ailleurs, les opiac\u00e9s poss\u00e8dent des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s conduisant \u00e0 leur abus et\/ou mauvais usage, et, de l\u00e0, \u00e0 l\u2019addiction.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/inci.neuro.unistra.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/equipe3-figure4-300x188-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-13626\" src=\"https:\/\/inci.neuro.unistra.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/equipe3-figure4-300x188-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"180\" height=\"113\" \/><\/a>Nos projets s\u2019int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 la dynamique des r\u00e9cepteurs opio\u00efdes en termes de distribution neuroanatomique, de signalisation et de trafic dans leur environnement natif en conditions physiologiques et pathologiques. Notre but est d\u2019identifier les m\u00e9canismes mol\u00e9culaires par lesquels ces r\u00e9cepteurs modulent l\u2019activit\u00e9 des neurones et des r\u00e9seaux neuronaux et s\u2019adaptent aux opiac\u00e9s. Un axe important est centr\u00e9 sur les m\u00e9canismes mol\u00e9culaires et cellulaires sp\u00e9cifiques aux h\u00e9t\u00e9rom\u00e8res r\u00e9sultant de l\u2019association de deux types diff\u00e9rents de r\u00e9cepteurs opio\u00efdes, principalement mu et delta, ou impliquant un r\u00e9cepteur opio\u00efde et un r\u00e9cepteur non-opio\u00efde. Notre but est de d\u00e9terminer l\u2019impact de ces h\u00e9t\u00e9rom\u00e8res dans le contexte de la douleur chronique pour laquelle les th\u00e9rapies actuelles bas\u00e9es sur les opiac\u00e9s restent peu efficaces et qui, pour cette raison, repr\u00e9sentent un d\u00e9fi socio\u00e9conomique majeur. Nous nous int\u00e9ressons aussi \u00e0 leur potentiel th\u00e9rapeutique dans le contexte des comportements addictifs aux drogues opiac\u00e9es et nourriture app\u00e9tente, une porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e menant \u00e0 l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 qui repr\u00e9sente un autre d\u00e9fi de sant\u00e9 majeur. Pour ce faire, nous combinons approches mol\u00e9culaires, cellulaires et pharmacologiques, ex vivo et in vivo, avec des tests comportementaux et des souris g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement
