448w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p><p>Bien que la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer pr\u00e9sente un impact et un co\u00fbt soci\u00e9tal majeur dans nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s vieillissantes, tr\u00e8s peu de progr\u00e8s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus d\u2019un point de vue th\u00e9rapeutique et ceci malgr\u00e9 des efforts importants en recherche clinique. Ce paradoxe apparent pourrait provenir d\u2019une compr\u00e9hension qui reste partielle des m\u00e9canismes mol\u00e9culaires qui aboutissent \u00e0 cette pathologie neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative. Ainsi, il parait maintenant \u00e9vident d\u2019envisager la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer non plus uniquement sous son aspect agr\u00e9gatif, mais de la consid\u00e9rer sous un aspect multifactoriel.<\/p><p>Nous essayerons d\u2019y apporter un \u00e9clairage original en nous focalisant sur une alt\u00e9ration de l\u2019hom\u00e9ostasie des m\u00e9taux dans le cerveau favorisant potentiellement la d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rescence neuronale. Parmi ces m\u00e9taux, le cuivre dont le niveau pourrait baisser dans les neurones se lie \u00e0 l\u2019amylo\u00efde beta est aussi capable de catalyser la production d&rsquo;esp\u00e8ces r\u00e9actives de l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne toxiques pour les neurones.<\/p><p>Nous cherchons \u00e0 mieux comprendre le r\u00f4le d\u2019une d\u00e9r\u00e9gulation des niveaux de cuivre c\u00e9r\u00e9braux dans le d\u00e9veloppement de la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer, en nous focalisant sur le fonctionnement neuronal. L\u2019utilisation de nouveaux senseurs pour le cuivre, mais aussi de navettes capables de capturer le cuivre des plaques amylo\u00efdes et de le faire rentrer dans les neurones repr\u00e9sentent des outils pr\u00e9cieux afin de mieux comprendre les implications d\u2019une d\u00e9r\u00e9gulation de l\u2019hom\u00e9ostasie du cuivre et pr\u00e9sente des applications potentielles dans la restauration de l&rsquo;hom\u00e9ostasie du cuivre dans la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer. En parall\u00e8le, nous \u00e9tudions le r\u00f4le potentiel synergique de l\u2019amyline lib\u00e9r\u00e9e en exc\u00e8s chez les patients diab\u00e9tiques qui ont un risque 2 \u00e0 3 fois plus important de d\u00e9velopper une maladie d\u2019Alzheimer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
