leptine vers le cerveau est une \u00e9tape cruciale dont la perturbation entra\u00eene des d\u00e9sordres m\u00e9taboliques importants comme l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Les tanycytes, un type de cellules \u00e9pendymo-gliales sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, contr\u00f4lent l\u2019acc\u00e8s des signaux m\u00e9taboliques vers l\u2019hypothalamus et sont ainsi impliqu\u00e9s dans le transport de la leptine depuis la circulation sanguine vers le liquide c\u00e9phalo-rachidien.<\/p><p>Le but principal de ce projet est de d\u00e9couvrir les m\u00e9canismes qui contr\u00f4lent le transport tanycytaire de la leptine.<\/p><p>En mettant au point un mod\u00e8le de culture primaire de tanycytes polaris\u00e9s \u00e0 partir d\u2019\u00e9minence m\u00e9diane de rat, nous caract\u00e9risons les voies d\u2019endocytose et de transcytose permettant l\u2019internalisation et le transport v\u00e9siculaire de la leptine dans les tanycytes, ainsi que les m\u00e9canismes qui contr\u00f4lent sa s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion dans le liquide c\u00e9phalo-rachidien.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50
