d\u2019hormones, les tumeurs neuroendocrines pr\u00e9sentent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un dysfonctionnement des m\u00e9canismes d\u2019exocytose entra\u00eenant une hypers\u00e9cr\u00e9tion hormonale.<a connu des m\u00e9decins car l\u2019hypers\u00e9cr\u00e9tion engendre des complications cliniques s\u00e9v\u00e8res. Cependant, les m\u00e9canismes mol\u00e9culaires \u00e0 l\u2019origine de ce dysfonctionnement ne sont pas explor\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Le but de nos recherches est d\u2019identifier ces m\u00e9canismes en utilisant, comme mod\u00e8le exp\u00e9rimental, le ph\u00e9ochromocytome humain, une tumeur issues des cellules chromaffines du tissu m\u00e9dullo-surr\u00e9nalien.<\/p><p>Comprendre pourquoi et comment la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion est d\u00e9r\u00e9gul\u00e9e dans les tumeurs neuroendocrines nous aidera \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des approches th\u00e9rapeutiques visant \u00e0 emp\u00eacher l\u2019hypers\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de la tumeur et ainsi diminuer les risques cliniques associ\u00e9s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
