class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span class=\"legende\">Didier Desaintjan<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Mon groupe cherche \u00e0 comprendre l\u2019organisation synaptique et le fonctionnement du bulbe olfactif, la r\u00e9gion du cerveau o\u00f9 projettent les neurones sensoriels olfactifs qui d\u00e9tectent les odeurs dans les cavit\u00e9s nasales. Ces entr\u00e9es ont lieu dans les glom\u00e9rules, des structures anatomiques sph\u00e9riques dans lesquels les neurones sensoriels olfactifs \u00e9tablissent des synapses avec les cellules de projection du bulbe olfactif, les cellules mitrales et les cellules \u00e0 panache. Nos travaux ont mis en lumi\u00e8re le principal circuit d\u2019inhibition intraglom\u00e9rulaire (<strong><em>Najac et al., JNeurosci 2015<\/em><\/strong>), d\u00e9voil\u00e9 les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des neurones p\u00e9riglom\u00e9rulaires exprimant la calr\u00e9tinine (<strong><em>Benito et al., JNeurosci 2018<\/em><\/strong>) et r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 la modulation des cellules p\u00e9riglom\u00e9rulaires par les projections GABAergiques du t\u00e9lenc\u00e9phale basal (<strong><em>Sanz Diez et al., JPhysiol 2019<\/em><\/strong>). Nous avons enfin d\u00e9couvert une nouvelle classe de cellule p\u00e9riglom\u00e9rulaire, cible privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e d\u2019entr\u00e9es synaptiques cholinergiques qui activent des r\u00e9cepteurs
