class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span class=\"legende\">Matilde Cordero-Erausquin<\/span> (DR2, HDR)<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Alors qu\u2019il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement admis que la fonction principale du tractus corticospinal <em>(CST)<\/em> est de transmettre des commandes motrices aux motoneurones bulbaires ou spinaux, nous avons r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu\u2019au niveau lombaire, il module principalement les entr\u00e9es sensorielles <em>(Moreno-Lopez et al, 2021)<\/em>.<\/p><p>Cette modulation permet le contr\u00f4le s\u00e9lectif du feedback sensoriel utilis\u00e9 pour assurer un mouvement bien coordonn\u00e9 et pr\u00e9cis.<\/p><p>De plus, nous avons montr\u00e9 que la commande motrice est principalement relay\u00e9e par d\u2019autres noyaux supraspinaux ou \u00e0 un autre niveau de la moelle \u00e9pini\u00e8re.<\/p><p>Notre projet vise maintenant \u00e0 enregistrer et \u00e0 manipuler la voie cortico-lombaire in vivo chez des souris libres de leurs mouvements, afin d\u2019identifier ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019encodage et sa contribution exacte \u00e0 divers comportements locomoteurs.<\/p><p>Pour ce faire, nous combinons des outils de pointe de tra\u00e7age de circuits sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 un type de cellule et d\u2019interf\u00e9rence avec l\u2019activit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9lectrophysiologie in vivo et l\u2019examen moteur chez la souris. Nous explorons \u00e9galement les collat\u00e9rales du CST, \u00e0 la fois au niveau supraspinal et spinal, afin d\u2019\u00e9lucider les voies indirectes v\u00e9hiculant l\u2019information corticospinale.<\/p><p>Le CST est touch\u00e9 d\u00e8s les premiers stades de la scl\u00e9rose lat\u00e9rale amyotrophique <em>(SLA)<\/em>, et la d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rescence du CST pourrait \u00eatre en partie responsable de la d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rescence ult\u00e9rieure des motoneurones bulbaires et spinaux.<\/p><p>Nous \u00e9tendons donc notre analyse du r\u00f4le du CST au contexte pathologique de la SLA, afin d\u2019\u00e9tudier la contribution du CST et du tractus cortico-r\u00e9ticulo-spinal \u00e0 la physiopathologie de cette maladie.<\/p><p>Ceci est fait dans le cadre de collaborations avec le Dr. Rouaux <em>(INSERM, Strasbourg)<\/em> et le Dr. Bouvier <em>(CNRS, corticospinaux dans l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration sensorimotrice au niveau de la moelle \u00e9pini\u00e8re lombaire. Pour ce faire, nous utiliserons un ensemble de techniques d&rsquo;enregistrements \u00e9lectrophysiologiques coupl\u00e9s \u00e0 des stimulations optog\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, et un syst\u00e8me
