des invert\u00e9br\u00e9s aux mammif\u00e8res. Principalement synth\u00e9tis\u00e9e par les noyaux paraventriculaire et supra optique hypothalamique, elle est secr\u00e9t\u00e9e \u00e0 la fois dans le syst\u00e8me sanguin et dans de nombreux noyaux c\u00e9r\u00e9braux.<\/p><p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es l\u2019ocytocine a \u00e9t\u00e9 au centre de l\u2019attention scientifique : elle participerait largement \u00e0 la r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle et cognitive.<\/p><p>Portant notre attention sur les circuits neuronaux sous-jacents \u00e0 ces modulations, nous avons identifi\u00e9 un tout petit groupe de 30 neurones ocytocinergiques jouant un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans le contr\u00f4le de la douleur <em>(Eliava et al., Neuron, 2016)<\/em>, ou encore qu\u2019une sous-population de neurones ocytoinergiques forme un engramme permettant le contr\u00f4le de la peur <em>(Hasan et al., Neuron, 2019)<\/em>.<\/p><p>Finalement, nous avons d\u00e9montr\u00e9 comment l\u2019ocytocine est secr\u00e9t\u00e9e afin de r\u00e9guler les interactions sociales<em> (Tang et al., Nature Neuroscience, 2020)<\/em>.<\/p><p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des approches combin\u00e9es de comportement, d\u2019anatomie, d\u2019optog\u00e9n\u00e9tique, d\u2019\u00e9lectrophysiologie et d\u2019imagerie calcique, nous mettons \u00e0 jours les r\u00e9seaux ocytocinergiques modulant les \u00e9motions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
