des invert\u00e9br\u00e9s aux mammif\u00e8res. Principalement synth\u00e9tis\u00e9e par les noyaux paraventriculaire et supra optique hypothalamique, elle est secr\u00e9t\u00e9e \u00e0 la fois dans le syst\u00e8me sanguin et dans de nombreux noyaux c\u00e9r\u00e9braux.<\/p><p>Nous nous int\u00e9ressons au r\u00f4le que jouent les astrocytes dans l\u2019effet modulateur de l\u2019ocytocine sur les \u00e9motions, avec un int\u00e9r\u00eat particulier concernant l\u2019amygdale centrale <em>(Wahis et al., Nature Neuroscience, 2021)<\/em>. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des approches combin\u00e9es de comportement, d\u2019anatomie, d\u2019optog\u00e9n\u00e9tique, d\u2019\u00e9lectrophysiologie et d\u2019imagerie calcique, nous examinons comment l\u2019ocytocine module les r\u00e9seaux astrocyte-neurones de l\u2019amygdale, largement impliqu\u00e9e dans les processus \u00e9motionnels associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la douleur et l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inci.neuro.unistra.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/equipe10-figure1-400x280-1.png\">i<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/inci.neuro.unistra.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/equipe10-figure1-400x280-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-14036\" src=\"https:\/\/inci.neuro.unistra.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/equipe10-figure1-400x280-1-300x210.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"210\" height=\"147\" srcset=\"https:\/\/inci.neuro.unistra.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/equipe10-figure1-400x280-1-300x210.png 300w, https:\/\/inci.neuro.unistra.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/equipe10-figure1-400x280-1.png 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 210px) 100vw, 210px\" \/><\/a>llustration<\/strong>: Les astrocytes exprimant l\u2019OTR <em>(en rouge)<\/em> constituent une sous-population cellulaire ayant des caract\u00e9ristiques morphologiques bien distincts de ceux de l\u2019exprimant pas <em>(en blanc)<\/em>. Les astrocytes OTR sont plus grand, poss\u00e8dent plus de process qui sont eux m\u00eame plus long : ils sont les mieux placer pour diffuser l\u2019information
