m\u00e9canismes cellulaires qui sous-tendent la r\u00e9gulation de nos \u00e9motions, de l\u2019interaction sociale \u00e0 la douleur, en passant par l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p><p>Nous nous effor\u00e7ons d\u2019explorer comment les neuropeptides modulent l\u2019activit\u00e9 des r\u00e9seaux neurogliaux dans des structures clefs de l\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00e9motionnelle, telle que l\u2019amygdale.<\/p><p>Pour ce faire, nous combinons des approches ex vivo et in vivo d\u2019\u00e9lectrophysiologie et d\u2019imagerie autour d\u2019outils Pour mieux comprendre ces processus complexes, nous \u00e9tudions l\u2019effet d\u2019un neuropeptide important dans la modulation \u00e9motionnelle : l\u2019ocytocine.
