de mol\u00e9cules d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat dans divers domaines de la biologie et de la biochimie.<\/p><p>Applications : petites mol\u00e9cules peptidiques ou non-peptidiques, m\u00e9tabolomiques.<a charge, d\u2019extraction et d\u2019analyses utilisant un spectrom\u00e8tre de masse (MS) triple quadrup\u00f4le<em> (Endura, ThermoFisher Scientific)<\/em> de derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration <em>(2014)<\/em>\u00a0 sont propos\u00e9es. Cet \u00e9quipement permet l\u2019analyse quantitative de mol\u00e9cules ayant une gamme de masse de 10 \u00e0 3400 m\/z. Deux sources d\u2019ionisation, l\u2019\u00e9lectron\u00e9bulisation <em>(HESI)<\/em> et l\u2019ionisation chimique \u00e0 pression atmosph\u00e9rique<em> (APCI)<\/em>, sont disponibles en fonction des probl\u00e9matiques rencontr\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Ce spectrom\u00e8tre de masse peut \u00eatre soit utilis\u00e9 en infusion directe, soit coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 une chaine UPLC Dionex Ultimate 3000 <em>(ThermoFisher Scientific)<\/em> qui permet d\u2019effectuer des analyses rapides d\u2019\u00e9chantillons complexes. Diff\u00e9rents modes d\u2019analyse sont disponibles: full scan, precursor ion scan, product ion scan, perte de neutre et SRM scan.<\/p><p>D\u2019autre part, cet appareil offre une grande sensibilit\u00e9 associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un faible bruit pour l\u2019analyse quantitative des petites mol\u00e9cules, des peptides, des substances biosimilaires et biologiques. Plus de signal et moins de bruit se traduisent par une plus grande pr\u00e9cision et exactitude de dosage.<\/p><p><a
