L\u2019Axioskop 2 permet de faire des observations \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle tissulaire et cellulaire pr\u00e9alables ou non \u00e0 l\u2019analyse \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle cellulaire au microscope confocal.<\/p><p><strong>Equipement<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"cercle-bleu\"><li>Lampe halog\u00e8ne HAL 100 pour l\u2019observation en lumi\u00e8re claire et HBO 100 \u00e0 lampe \u00e0 vapeur de mercure HBO 103 W\/2 pour une application en fluorescence.<\/li><li>Objectifs 1,25x, 2,5x, 10x, 20x, 40x (air) et 63x<em> (objectif \u00e0 immersion dans l\u2019huile)<\/em>.<\/li><li>Filtres : Le microscope est \u00e9quip\u00e9 pour la fluorescence en lumi\u00e8re r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie <em>(\u00e9pifluorescence)<\/em>. Le faisceau d\u2019excitation filtr\u00e9 est r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi par un miroir dichro\u00efque puis focalis\u00e9 sur la pr\u00e9paration par l\u2019objectif. La pr\u00e9paration absorbe les rayons d\u2019ondes courtes et \u00e9met un rayonnement fluorescent qui est \u00e0 son tour capt\u00e9 par l\u2019objectif et transmis par le miroir dichro\u00efque. Elles traversent ensuite un filtre d\u2019arr\u00eat qui ne laisse passer que les rayons d\u2019ondes longues alors transmises \u00e0 l\u2019observateur.<br \/>Emission vert <em>(FITC, Alexa Leur entretien est financ\u00e9 par l\u2019INCI. Leur acc\u00e8s est soumis \u00e0 r\u00e9servation pr\u00e9alable sur le site de l\u2019Institut. L\u2019acc\u00e8s n\u2019est pas autoris\u00e9 les jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s et en dehors des heures d\u2019ouverture de l\u2019Institut. Toute premi\u00e8re utilisation requiert une autorisation nominative apr\u00e8s v\u00e9rification des capacit\u00e9s de l\u2019utilisateur et formation \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation. Aucune formation \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation ne peut \u00eatre dispens\u00e9e \u00e0 cet effet par autre que le personnel responsable sans concertation.<\/p><p>Toute utilisation doit \u00eatre inscrite <em>(date, dur\u00e9e et nom de l\u2019utilisateur)<\/em> sur le carnet associ\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque microscope. Les r\u00e9glages du microscope <em>(filtres, diaphragmes, objectifs, platine)<\/em> et du logiciel utilis\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre remis sur les positions standard apr\u00e8s chaque utilisation. Aussi, la housse de protection doit \u00eatre replac\u00e9e sur le microscope apr\u00e8s extinction. Aucun fichier ne peut rester enregistr\u00e9 sur le pilote des microscopes plus d\u2019une semaine. Aucun objet personnel, lame histologique, document, produits, d\u00e9chets\u2026 ne doit \u00eatre abandonn\u00e9 sur place. Tout fichier ou mat\u00e9riel \u00ababandonn\u00e9\u00bb ou \u00aboubli\u00e9\u00bb sera d\u00e9truit pass\u00e9 le d\u00e9lai r\u00e9glementaire.<\/p><p>Tout contrevenant \u00e0 ces simples
