laser permet d\u2019isoler des cellules ou des groupes de cellules sur une coupe de tissu en fonction de leurs caract\u00e9ristiques ph\u00e9notypiques ou fonctionnelles.<\/p><p>Les microdissequ\u00e2ts, r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019aide des lasers sur une capsule \u00e0 membrane thermosensible, sont compatibles pour des analyses transcriptomiques, prot\u00e9omiques,
