morpho-fonctionnelles a pour but de permettre d\u2019accompagner les chercheurs de l\u2019unit\u00e9 dans la mise en \u0153uvre les derni\u00e8res m\u00e9thodes d\u2019\u00e9tudes des tissus biologiques.<\/p><p>En collaboration avec l\u2019UAR3156, la plateforme d\u2019imagerie du Neurop\u00f4le, nous assistons les chercheurs pour l\u2019acquisition des images.<\/p><p>Pour l\u2019analyse des images, nous proposons des formations aux logiciels d\u2019analyse d\u2019image <em>(Fiji\/ImageJ, Qupath, Ilastik\u2026)<\/em> et le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019analyses automatis\u00e9es <em>(classification, segmentation)<\/em>.<\/p><p>Applications :<\/p><ul><li>Transparisation de tissus<\/li><li>Microscopie d\u2019expansion<\/li><li>Hybridation in situ (syst\u00e8me
