mouvements complexes ainsi que dans le timing pr\u00e9cis de toutes nos actions. Le cortex c\u00e9r\u00e9belleux est organis\u00e9 en modules biochimiquement et fonctionnellement identifiables. Notamment, les cellules de Purkinje appartiennent \u00e0 plusieurs classes qui forment un r\u00e9seau de bandes parasagittales appel\u00e9es Z\u00e9brines. Les \u00e9tudes fonctionnelles ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que certains modules pouvaient \u00eatre associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des t\u00e2ches sp\u00e9cifiques.Le but de nos travaux est (1) d&rsquo;identifier les modes op\u00e9ratoires qui r\u00e9gissent l&rsquo;organisation synaptique fonctionnelle des modules c\u00e9r\u00e9belleux, (2) de comprendre comment les microcircuits c\u00e9r\u00e9belleux influencent la coordination motrice et le s\u00e9quen\u00e7age des actions.<\/p><p>Nos questions sont les suivantes:<\/p><p>Comment les informations spatiales et temporelles sont-elles trait\u00e9es dans le cortex c\u00e9r\u00e9belleux ?<\/p><p>Comment le cervelet communique-t-il avec les autres r\u00e9gions du cerveau?<\/p><p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces questions, nous combinons les approches \u00e9lectrophysiologiques in vitro et in vivo (animal \u00e9veill\u00e9s) \u00e0 des techniques d&rsquo;imagerie et l&rsquo;optog\u00e9n\u00e9tique sur des mod\u00e8les c\u00e9r\u00e9belleux pour comprendre comment le cervelet contr\u00f4le la coordination et l\u2019adaptation motrice. En combinant les techniques de photostimulation et de patch-clamp sur tranches de cervelet, j\u2019\u00e9tablis des cartes synaptiques entre les cellules granulaires et les autres types cellulaires du cortex c\u00e9r\u00e9belleux dont les cellules de Purkinje et les interneurones de la couche mol\u00e9culaire.
