tegmentale ventrale<em> (VTA)<\/em> sont un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 dans l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la valeur motivationnelle d\u2019un stimulus, dans la d\u00e9tection des erreurs de pr\u00e9diction de r\u00e9compense ou encore dans l\u2019apprentissage motiv\u00e9.<\/p><p>Ces r\u00f4les multiples font de ces neurones un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel des comportements motiv\u00e9s et adaptatifs. Du physiologique au pathologique, les neurones DA sont ainsi impliqu\u00e9s dans des psychopathologies associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des perturbations des \u00e9tats \u00e9motionnels ou h\u00e9doniques telles la d\u00e9pendance ou la d\u00e9pression. Associ\u00e9 aux fonctions de la VTA les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9cents de notre compr\u00e9hension de la physiologie des neurones DA ont mis en lumi\u00e8re le r\u00f4le majeur de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre leurs aff\u00e9rences inhibitrices et excitatrices.<\/p><p>Cette balance, pour partie GABA\/glutamate, est importante dans la capacit\u00e9 des neurones DA \u00e0 int\u00e9grer les informations.<\/p><p>Combinant \u00e9lectrophysiologie in vivo en cellule unique, neuroanatomie et analyse comportementale, nous \u00e9tudions l\u2019activit\u00e9 des neurones DA de la VTA ainsi que les circuits qui les r\u00e9gulent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column
