L\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u00e9veloppe une recherche translationnelle de l\u2019animal \u00e0 l\u2019homme sur les interactions fonctionnelles entre le sommeil, les rythmes circadiens et la neuropsychiatrie, dans une perspective vie-enti\u00e8re comprenant des approches d\u00e9veloppementales. La recherche animale est effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019INCI et les \u00e9tudes chez l\u2019homme (sujet sain, patient)<\/em> au CIRCSom<\/a> (Centre International de Recherche en ChronoSomnologie, H\u00f4pital Civil de Strasbourg<\/a>)<\/em>.<\/p>

Le comportement, le fonctionnement c\u00e9r\u00e9bral et la sant\u00e9 mentale sont fortement influenc\u00e9s par la qualit\u00e9 de la veille, du sommeil et la synchronisation du cycle veille-sommeil avec la photop\u00e9riode.\u00a0 Les troubles de la veille, du sommeil et de la synchronisation du cycle veille sommeil avec le signal lumineux favorisent le d\u00e9veloppement de nombreux troubles mentaux, y compris au cours du d\u00e9veloppement, et sont observ\u00e9es dans de nombreuses pathologies neuropsychiatriques, influen\u00e7ant la trajectoire \u00e9volutive de ces troubles.\u00a0<\/p>

L\u2019objectif de notre recherche est de caract\u00e9riser les m\u00e9canismes fondamentaux circadien (horloge)<\/em>, hom\u00e9ostatique (privation de sommeil)<\/em> et photique (lumi\u00e8re)<\/em> r\u00e9gulant l\u2019organisation nycth\u00e9m\u00e9rale du cycle veille-sommeil et de comprendre comment les perturbations de ces m\u00e9canismes de r\u00e9gulation affectent le fonctionnement c\u00e9r\u00e9bral, le comportement et les \u00e9tats de vigilance. L\u2019objectif est ensuite de transposer les concepts issus de la recherche pr\u00e9clinique au niveau clinique afin de comprendre le r\u00f4le des troubles du sommeil et des rythmes circadiens dans la physiopathologie de certaines pathologies neuropsychiatriques.<\/p>

L’objectif final est de d\u00e9finir des interventions chronoth\u00e9rapeutiques (luminoth\u00e9rapie, m\u00e9latonine, modification de la phase du sommeil ..)<\/em> visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la prise en charge d’un ensemble de troubles du sommeil, circadiens et neuropsychiatriques \/ neurod\u00e9veloppementaux.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
