variation circadienne du comportement d\u2019orientation par rapport au champ magn\u00e9tique terrestre chez les planaires. En outre, ces animaux montrent une sensibilit\u00e9 extra-oculaire \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re bleue. Un de nos projets de recherche consiste donc \u00e0 explorer la perturbation des rythmes circadiens en utilisant ce mod\u00e8le simple. Ax\u00e9s autour des effets du jet-chronique, nous observerons l\u2019activit\u00e9 locomotrice, la synth\u00e8se de m\u00e9latonine et l\u2019expression des g\u00e8nes horloge.<\/p><p>La plupart des animaux sont capables de d\u00e9tecter le champ g\u00e9omagn\u00e9tique et cette facult\u00e9 est appel\u00e9\u00e9 magn\u00e9tor\u00e9ception <em>(Cadiou et al., J R Soc Interface, 2010; Bellinger et al., Proc Natl Acad Sci USA, 2022)<\/em>. Commes les planaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9es comme \u00e9tant particuli\u00e8rement magn\u00e9tosensibles<em> (Reho et al., 2022)<\/em>, ces animaux seront utilis\u00e9es pour \u00e9tudier l\u2019effet des champs magn\u00e9tiques et \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques sur les rythmes circadiens. L\u2019activit\u00e9 locomotrice, la production m\u00e9latonine et l\u2019expression des g\u00e8nes horloges comme timeless seront \u00e9tudi\u00e9s. L\u2019\u00e9tude des m\u00e9canismes mol\u00e9culaires derri\u00e8re la magn\u00e9tor\u00e9ception dans le laboratoire est financ\u00e9 par
