comprendre comment les horloges c\u00e9r\u00e9brales r\u00e9gulent le rythme alimentaire, l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 d&rsquo;anticipation alimentaire, ainsi que le m\u00e9tabolisme \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Nous \u00e9tudions \u00e9galement comment les signaux m\u00e9taboliques peuvent r\u00e9troagir sur l&rsquo;horloge principale dans les noyaux suprachiasmatiques <em>(SCN)<\/em> et transmettre des signaux temporels \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres horloges circadiennes. <br \/>BMAL2 <em>(ARNTL2)<\/em> est une prot\u00e9ine d&rsquo;horloge paralogue de BMAL1 qui peut \u00e9galement interagir avec CLOCK. Son r\u00f4le circadien est encore mal compris. En utilisant des mod\u00e8les de souris invalid\u00e9es pour Bmal2 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par Ute Rogner <em>(<a href=\"https:\/\/institutcochin.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Institut Cochin<\/a>)<\/em>, nos r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9liminaires indiquent que BMAL2 est n\u00e9cessaire pour les r\u00e9gulations circadiennes, m\u00e9taboliques et immunitaires. Notre hypoth\u00e8se est que cette prot\u00e9ine d&rsquo;horloge est impliqu\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9gulation du cycle alimentation\/je\u00fbne et de l&rsquo;anticipation alimentaire. Pour cela, des souris invalid\u00e9es pour Bmal2 seront ph\u00e9notyp\u00e9es pour le comportement alimentaire et l&rsquo;anticipation alimentaire. Une analyse circadienne transcriptomique sera effectu\u00e9e dans des zones c\u00e9r\u00e9brales cibl\u00e9es de souris invalid\u00e9es pour Bmal2 et de souris WT.<br \/>Le rythme circadien de l&rsquo;alimentation est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant r\u00e9gul\u00e9 par l&rsquo;horloge des SCN. Cette affirmation est principalement bas\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;arythmie alimentaire apr\u00e8s des l\u00e9sions suprachiasmatiques <em>(SCNX)<\/em>. Cependant, la rythmicit\u00e9 alimentaire pourrait en fait \u00eatre masqu\u00e9e par l&rsquo;arythmie comportementale des animaux SCNX. Ceci nous am\u00e8ne \u00e0 postuler que les horloges critiques contr\u00f4lant le cycle alimentation\/je\u00fbne impliquent des horloges extra-SCN, y compris dans l&rsquo;hypothalamus. Pour tester cette hypoth\u00e8se, nous allons \u00e9tudier des souris dont les horloges des r\u00e9gions hypothalamiques hors des SCN sont alt\u00e9r\u00e9es. Nous avons r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que l\u2019\u00e9veil modulait de mani\u00e8re oppos\u00e9e pour la synchronisation photique des SCN entre mammif\u00e8res diurnes et nocturnes. De m\u00eame, la r\u00e9troaction comportementale sur l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 neuronale du SCN est oppos\u00e9e entre mammif\u00e8res diurnes et nocturnes. Ces diff\u00e9rences fondamentales participent probablement au maintien de la niche temporelle oppos\u00e9e entre les esp\u00e8ces nocturnes et diurnes. Nous \u00e9tudierons le r\u00f4le de la projection s\u00e9rotonergique dans la m\u00e9diation du retour d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;horloge du SCN. Nous \u00e9valuerons \u00e9galement les m\u00e9canismes qui sous-tendent la synth\u00e8se rythmique de la s\u00e9rotonine dans le raph\u00e9 d&rsquo;Arvicanthis, synth\u00e8se qui a la particularit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00eatre bimodale <em>(Caputo et al., FASEB J, 2022)<\/em>. L&rsquo;implication respective de l&rsquo;horloge circadienne du raph\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;effet synchroniseur des glucocortico\u00efdes sera notamment
