de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe 7 sont d&rsquo;analyser les m\u00e9canismes d&rsquo;adaptation ou de mauvaise adaptation des organismes aux changements environnementaux, en tirant partie de la biodiversit\u00e9 des processus physiologiques utilis\u00e9s par les diff\u00e9rentes esp\u00e8ces animales.<\/p><p>Les membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe \u00e9tudient les m\u00e9canismes de synchronisation quotidienne et saisonni\u00e8re des fonctions m\u00e9taboliques et reproductives, et \u00e9valuent l&rsquo;impact des perturbations environnementales <em>(exposition \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re nocturne, d\u00e9calages horaires aigus ou chroniques, alimentation d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, perturbateurs endocriniens)<\/em> sur ces fonctions rythmiques.<\/p><p>Ces recherches seront men\u00e9es avec une approche comparative sur une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de mod\u00e8les animaux conventionnels<em> (rat, souris)<\/em> et non conventionnels <em>(planaires, rongeurs diurnes et Plus particuli\u00e8rement, nous \u00e9tudions deux processus physiologiques hautement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, le m\u00e9tabolisme \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et la reproduction. Notre hypoth\u00e8se est que les facteurs de synchronisation capables de remettre les horloges circadiennes \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure deviennent des d\u00e9synchronisateurs lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont per\u00e7us\/fournis \u00e0 des moments inappropri\u00e9s du cycle journalier, ce qui d\u00e9clenche ou favorise des effets n\u00e9fastes sur la sant\u00e9. En outre, comme les fonctions saisonni\u00e8res d\u00e9pendent d&rsquo;actions hormonales finement r\u00e9gul\u00e9es, nous supposons que la perturbation de cet orchestre hormonal par des facteurs physiques ou des produits chimiques exog\u00e8nes peut alt\u00e9rer la saisonnalit\u00e9 des Si la lumi\u00e8re pendant la journ\u00e9e a des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour la sant\u00e9, la pollution lumineuse nocturne, caus\u00e9e par les \u00e9crans ou le travail de nuit, peut perturber le m\u00e9tabolisme. Mon projet de th\u00e8se vise \u00e0 comprendre comment la lumi\u00e8re modifie la prise alimentaire et le m\u00e9tabolisme au cours d\u2019un cycle journalier chez des mod\u00e8les animaux diurnes et nocturnes. En s\u2019appuyant sur un large \u00e9ventail de techniques telles que la photom\u00e9trie \u00e0 fibre et la bioluminescence, mon projet de recherche doctoral vise \u00e0 tester l&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8se selon laquelle une perturbation du cycle lumi\u00e8re\/obscurit\u00e9, telle que v\u00e9cue par les travailleuses post\u00e9es, alt\u00e8re le rythme et la fonction de l&rsquo;axe hypothalamo-hypophyso-ovarien chez la souris femelle, ce qui pourrait n\u00e9gativement impacter la fertilit\u00e9.<\/p><p><em>(encadr\u00e9e par V. La composante sensorielle, c\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle la nociception. Elle repr\u00e9sente l\u2019ensemble des r\u00e9cepteurs et cellules nerveuses qui vont s\u2019activer quand un tissu est soumis \u00e0 un stimulus nocif. La nociception est principalement \u00e9tudi\u00e9e chez les vert\u00e9br\u00e9s, mais elle est aussi pr\u00e9sente chez un grand nombre d\u2019animaux invert\u00e9br\u00e9s qui sont sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s. C\u2019est dans ce cadre que mon sujet de th\u00e8se s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la nociception de la planaire, un petit vers plat d\u2019eaux douces, et \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont on peut moduler leurs r\u00e9actions face \u00e0 un stimulus d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able, comme le font les analg\u00e9siques pour nous.
