premi\u00e8re intention contre la douleur neuropathique, une douleur cons\u00e9cutive \u00e0 une l\u00e9sion ou une pathologie du syst\u00e8me somatosensoriel.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;objectif principal de notre recherche est d&rsquo;approfondir notre connaissance des m\u00e9canismes par lesquels les antid\u00e9presseurs peuvent agir sur la douleur neuropathique afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer ces traitements.<\/p><p>Nos travaux portent sur les actions p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique <em>(nerfs et ganglions rachidiens)<\/em>, spinale <em>(moelle \u00e9pini\u00e8re)<\/em> et supraspinale <em>(cerveau)<\/em> de ces traitements, en prenant en compte l\u2019action anti-neuroinflammatoire des antid\u00e9presseurs ainsi que les composantes sensorielles et \u00e9motionnelles de la
