mechanisms underlying the regulation of emotions, from social interaction to pain and anxiety.<\/p><p>Therefore, we do explore how central neuropeptides modulate the neuroglia network in emotion-related structures, such as amygdala. For this purpose we combine ex vivo and in vivo approaches of electrophysiology and calcium imaging to genetic To better understand these complex processes, we are studying the effect of an important neuropeptide in emotional modulation : oxytocin.
